Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Exclusions: We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, soiled, or are not in resalable condition.
Return Process

Our team will verify eligibility and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.

Ship the item back using a trackable method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Upon verification, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
